You’ll find Brinks Jib Sail a lovely spacious holiday home, placed within our boatyard. With balconies overlooking the marina. People-watching or fishing from the deck is a must
Brinks Jib Sail comes with your very own day boat moored outside (excluding the main school holidays). Should you want to get a bit closer to the water, we have canoes available for hire. (or bring your own)
Roys, the worlds largest village store is a 5 min walk away. As are all the pubs and restaurants
Travel a little further, and you’ll find yourself in the fine city of Norwich (12 miles away). Take the car in the other direction to Sea Pauling’s sandy beaches 20 min journey. This really is a well-situated holiday home for relaxing or exploring.

Brinks Jib Sail is part of the Sail Loft.  Main Sail, Stay Sail and Top Sail and Spinnaker are the other holiday homes in the same building
Day Boat
We provide Brinks Jib Sail customers a day boat free of charge outside school holidays. The boat will be moored outside your property and will be yours to use once you have had instruction on handling the boat
We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.
Canoes are also available to hire on site
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

We aim to have properties ready by 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
Provided you have holidayed with Barnes Brinkcraft in the last four years and booked direct with Barnes Brinkcraft, you should receive a hamper on your next visit. Please phone the office if it hasn’t been listed on your confirmation details.
