If you’re looking for more to do, the local area has plenty to offer. Pubs, restaurants and shops – including the world-renowned Roys – are just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. For those wanting to explore further afield, the city of Norwich is just 12 miles away, while unspoilt Norfolk beaches await in the opposite direction.

Boat Hire

During the school holidays, we offer a 10% discount on day boat hire. This applies between Fri 26th May and Sun 4th June 2023 & from Fri 21st July – Sun 3rd September 2023.
We ask you to collect and return the day boat from our day boat site. When picking up your day boat we ask for a £50 deposit, refunded when you return the boat

Dinghy and Paddle Board Hire are also available on request (please phone us to book)

Pet Charges

We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave
