This 3 story apartment sleeps up to 9 people and has a living room and kitchen diner on the second floor. Making the most of those views. Providing comfortable spaces for you to gather.

The pubs, shops and restaurants of Hoveton and Wroxham are a 5 min walk away. If you’d like to travel a little further the fine City of Norwich is within easy reach by car or train. Travel in the opposite direction, and you are in easy reach some of Norfolk’s unspoilt beaches

Stay Sail is in the same block as Spinnaker, Jib Sail, Top Sail and Main Sail

Day Boat

A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays

We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.

Canoes are also available to hire on site

Pets

We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave
