Visiting Wroxham for a short period? Want to get on the water? We have Norfolk Broads day boats for hire in Wroxham that are suitable for families, those with pets and those wishing to fish.
Our broads day boats are available to hire with cookers and toilets from Easter to October half term. You can book your date and time online by the hour, half-day, or day depending on the type of day boat selected.
We also offer canoe hire too.
All prices are per boat and include fuel, buoyancy jackets (for all ages and sizes, inc pets), full tuition (no experience required), car parking (subject to availability).
The max number of people per boat includes babies and toddlers. This is a legal requirement and not something we can flex.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit for certain parties where we feel it is necessary.

Our Day Launches seat up to eight people (total includes babies and toddlers) comfortably with cushioned seating and easy to fold away canvas cover. Easy to operate, no experience required, tuition given. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. Available to hire by the hour, part or full day from 9 am-5 pm
Picnic
Our Picnic Day Boats are the ideal way to explore the hidden delights of the Norfolk Broads. They are easy to get on and off. Offering full protection from any changes in the weather. Great for families young and old, suitable for up to 7 people (total includes babies and toddlers). Available to hire by the half or full day from 9 am or 10 am
Sunrise
Our Sunrise boats are a great way to enjoy a fun day out with family & friends. Seats up to 7 (including babies and toddlers) Enjoy alfresco dining in the open plan raised cockpit, sit and relax with a cup of tea or maybe try your hand at fishing. These boats have a small basic galley with a sink, fridge & hob and a toilet. Available for hire by the day from 9 am or 10 am
Canoe
Come and join us the water's Lovely! Canoeing allows near-silent exploration. You can paddle down miles of quiet, undisturbed dyke's & waterways. often seeing some of the Broads best-kept secrets. Look out for Swallow Tail Butterflies, Kingfishers and Otters. Available for a half-day or full days hire (10 am-4 pm). We base a half-day on 3 hours and a full day on 6 hours, all canoes need to be back by 4 pm.
Brinks Sundeck
Our Sundeck day boats are new for 2021. Seat up to nine people (total includes babies and toddlers) with comfortable cushioned seating. Easy to operate, no experience required, tuition given. Perfect for families, and groups of friends. Easy front or side on mooring. Walk on deck. Available to hire for half or full-day from 9 am-6 pm

Yes, you can bring a max of 2 dogs with you It’s worth remembering some dogs love being on a boat, but not all. We recommend bringing a dog bed with you We would recommend the Brinklets for dogs as these are the easiest for them to get on and off

There is a speed limit of between 3 and 5 mph in this part of the Broads National Park This is designed to protect the wildlife on the banks from wash caused by boats
Our boats are easy to walk onto from the rear of the boat
We have parking for circa 20 cars. There is also plenty of FREE car parking behind the railway station, a 5 min walk away
Please come prepared for the weather. sun hats, sunscreen and bottled water on hot days, and a flask and an extra coat on chiller days Don’t forget your camera Flat shoes with good grip such as trainers are ideal You might want to pack a picnic
This happens very rarely, and we have our engineers on hand to help out once you let us know you need help Ring the yard on 01603 782625 and select engineers Tell them where you are They will get to you by car if you are accessible, if not they will travel by boat Please be patient, it can take a while for the engineer to get to you Even if you drift into the bank, you are very very unlikely to come to harm on the boat

Yes you can You will need a licence, which can be purchased here Please note we don’t supply mud weights with the boats

You must be 18 years or older to hire a day boat. And whilst you can drive a day boat at any age, you must be closely supervised by someone over the age of 18
