You’ll find this lovely spacious holiday home within our boatyard. With balconies overlooking the marina. People watching or fishing from the deck are a must
Jib Sail comes with a day boat outside the main school holidays. Should you want to get a bit closer to the water, we have canoes, dinghies and paddle boards available for hire. (or bring your own)
Roys, the worlds largest village store is a 5 min walk away. As are all the pubs and restaurants
Travel a little further, and you’ll find yourself in the fine city of Norwich (12 miles away). Take the car in the other direction to Sea Pauling’s sandy beaches 20 min journey. This really is a well-situated holiday home for relaxing or exploring.

Day Boat
We provide a day boat free of charge outside school holidays
During the school holidays, we offer a 10% discount on day boat hire. This applies between Fri 26th May and Sun 4th June 2023 & from Fri 21st July – Sun 3rd September 2023.
Dinghy and Paddle Board Hire are also available on request (please phone us to book)
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

We aim to have properties ready by 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
Provided you have holidayed with Barnes Brinkcraft in the last four years and booked direct with Barnes Brinkcraft, you should receive a hamper on your next visit. Please phone the office if it hasn’t been listed on your confirmation details.
