Mallard has been recently refurbished in Nov 2018 and is designed in an ‘upside-down’ style. It has an open plan living area on the first floor positioned to provide the best views of the River Bure, Marinas & Boatyards. French doors lead to a furnished balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds.
This detached property next to the boatyard has a lovely garden, looking out over the main River Bure with all its bustling activity, and would be perfect for keen fishermen. Fitted out beautifully, the Lodge can sleep 8 in 4 bedrooms.
We provide a day boat with Mallard outside school holidays – providing ideal access for exploring the Norfolk Broads
Wroxham is considered to be the ‘gateway to the Norfolk Broads’ and is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area, It also means that shops, Pubs and Restaurants are just up the road.

Day Boat
A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays
We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.
Canoes are also available to hire on site
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
