HERON
This self-catering property is situated on the edge of Wroxham and has beautiful views looking out over the ever-changing Daisy Broad. Fitted out to the highest standard, the Lodge can sleep 8 people in four bedrooms.
Heron (newly refurbished in Dec 2018) is designed in an ‘upside-down’ style with a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room on the first floor. Large French doors lead to a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the River Bure.
The shops, restaurants and pubs in Wroxham (the ‘gateway to the Norfolk Broads’) are a quick stroll away. This property makes an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. Norwich, with all its history, is 20 mins away by Train, Bus or Car. Travel 30 mins in the other direction, and you are on the Norfolk Coast. Day Boat
We provide a day boat free of charge outside school holidays
During the school holidays, we offer a 10% discount on day boat hire. This applies between Fri 26th May and Sun 4th June 2023 & from Fri 21st July – Sun 3rd September 2023.
We ask you to collect and return the day boat from our day boat site. When picking up your day boat we ask for a £50 deposit, refunded when you return the boat
Dinghy and Paddle Board Hire are also available on request (please phone us to book)
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
