This spacious and light apartment is within our working boatyard. This comfortable holiday home has several balconies plus a sun deck. Ideal for relaxing & watching the boats on the river go by.
The village is just a 5-minute walk away. Home to ‘Roys of Wroxham’ said to be the largest village shop in the world where you can buy almost anything. The village also has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
Main Sail is in the same block as Spinnaker, Jib Sail, Top Sail and Stay Sail

- Parking for 2 cars is available outside the property

Day Boat
A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays
We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.
Canoes are also available to hire on site
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
Provided you have holidayed with Barnes Brinkcraft in the last four years and booked direct with Barnes Brinkcraft, you should receive a hamper on your next visit. Please phone the office if it hasn’t been listed on your confirmation details.
