Grebe is one of 4 Norfolk Broads Cottages built by the river to replace boatyard sheds. Its upside-down construction provides a tranquil view over the working boatyard. Set back from the main river on a backwater that leads to Daisy Broad. This holiday cottage is a pretty place from which to feed the ducks. It’s also very well situated 8 miles from Norwich and 11 miles to the coast. Access to the train station, shops, pubs and restaurants are all a 5 mins walk away. We provide a day boat free of charge outside school holidays. This property has an adjoining door to Coot, providing accommodation for up to 16

Day Boat
A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays
We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
