The communication and service we received from Barnesbrinkcraft was amazing, including while we were out on the broads with the boat and had a couple of questions (it was our first time boating)! A photograph of the location of the circuit breaker for the mudweight winch in the handbook would have been handy (it was quite well hidden from view below a mattress in the front cabin), but otherwise everything was so well explained and in any case Barnesbrinkcraft were so easily contactable. We had three very special and beautiful days on the boat - thank you!"
