"Excellent company, friendly efficient staff. On arrival (we were early) we were warmly greeted, everything was ready. Told to park up load our things onto the boat and let them know when we were ready for briefing. This went well and the boat was released to us. The boat was clean and performed well, we moored up fairly locally, the Ferry Inn. Spent a comfortable night on board the diesel heaters took the chill away. I struggled starting the boat and phoned their helpline. The call was answered promptly and the promised call back was swift. The problem was with me and not the! and again we were off. On returning the boat, we were in a small convoy heading back to the boatyard. Despite 5+ boats arriving the staff efficiently showed us to a mooring. We off loaded and again were dealt with quickly and efficiently at reception. The promised refund for unused fuel was received very quickly. All in all a great break and I would strongly recommend this Company. Thanks all."
