The self-catering cottage is within easy walking distance of Hoveton and Wroxham. With their array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The train, also a 5 min walk away, gives easy access into the fine city of Norwich or the coastal town of Sheringham. A day boat can be available with the property enabling you to escape to the Norfolk Broads. Even better, it’s free of charge outside the main school holidays

Canoes are also available to hire on-site

Day Boat

A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays

We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.

Pet Charges

We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave
