Bring your wellies with you, winter walks along the river bank can be quite magical, the rivers are quiet and the wildlife is in abundance. The tranquillity found in the Norfolk Broads National Park makes it feel like a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Fishermen, don't forget your gear, this is an ideal time of year to hook those 'monster pike' that lurk around the boatyard dykes. When the chill starts to nip, pop into one of the many riverside pubs or tea rooms for a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate and something delicious to eat.
With Roys of Wroxham a short stroll away, you can easily buy those last minute gifts or shop for your Christmas lunch without the hassle of coping with the crowds or driving to a large 'out of town' supermarket - we really do have everything you need for your festivities right here in Wroxham!
Coot & Grebe have an interconnecting door so that the properties can be linked, sleeping 16 people in total.

The River Views are 3 new properties, built in 2017 overlooking our private marina. Just a 10-minute walk from the village and all the local amenities, they are ideally situated to enjoy a winter break. A modern, open plan design, they are fully central heated and comfortably furnished. There is space outside in the enclosed BBQ courtyard or on the glass fronted balcony to enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate whilst enjoying the winter sun.
**Subject to weather conditions. Boats engines are cooled by water from the river , and if its too cold the water freezes and therefore can't cool the engine, so the boat is not available to use.
