Daisy Broad Lodges make the perfect setting for a Christmas or New Year break

08 August 2012

If you are thinking of doing something different this year for Christmas or New Year, now is the best time to book your winter break on the Broads as we are offering a MASSIVE 30% discount on our brochure prices*.

Daisy Broad is a small and fairly unknown broad right in the middle of Wroxham, yet peaceful and packed with atmosphere.  Indeed, this is one of the best fishing areas in the winter as small fish seek refuge from the colder waters of the main river and the bigger predators follow them.

Great place for Christmas: Daisy Broad waterside lodge

The Broads take on a near ghostly atmosphere in winter with Coot calling from the fringes and big pike breaking the surface searching for the evening meal.

All of our lodges are named after birds you will almost certainly see while staying here. Coot, Grebe and Heron are tucked away to one side of the Broad whilst Mallard overlooks the river Bure and has a lawned garden ideal for fishing for that monster pike.

The main living areas are on the first floor giving excellent views over the water and are perfect for family breaks. All lodges can sleep eight to ten people.

Christmas & New Year  is magical on the Norfolk Broads – and you are assured of a warm welcome from the team at Barnes Brinkcraft

All self catering properties are fully equipped, there is ample parking and the lodges are centrally heated – and that is included in the price.

See our main web pages for more details on all our holidays, but if you would like to talk to a member of our team phone, Margaret on 01603 782625 who will be happy to help.

* Please note that discounts have been applied to our on-line rates to assist with the booking procedure.
