"We have always enjoyed our holidays on the Norfolk Broads, however this boat really worked for us, at last a small boat easy for 2 to handle that has a toilet/shower that does what it should , a big bed big enough and comfortable enough to provide a good nights sleep. I just wanted to comment on the fantastic short break that we had with Barnes Brinkcraft in Feb 24-27th 2012 on Brinks Duet 4. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, we arrived an hour early, but they were ready for us and we were able to get on board our boat early too. We had a problem with the heating but a member of staff was with us within half an hour and fixed it without any further delay. I would definitely use Barnes Brinkcraft again, and would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family to use.
Following our recent four day break, we would like to thank all the staff whom made our arrival extremely welcoming. The boat was brand new and exceeded our expectations whilst being shown all items on board. We were given a test run to make sure that we understand the full workings of the boat and how to operate the craft. Had a very relaxing time, and look forward to coming back.

We booked by phone as we prefer the personal contact and we were able to sort some minor points out before arrival making checkin swift and easy. We raised constructive points on how to make it easier for customers to understand the fuel consumption. The Norfolk Broads provides us with peace and quiet and we have visited the Broads for over 20 years and used yo for 4-5 and will continue to do so.

We found the website very comprehensive and easy to book from. On arrival we found the property Riversedge to be of a high standard and a good quality of furnishings. The weather was glorious and the Broads very peaceful at this time of year, it was so nice to depart from Wroxham. We enjoyed the boat and would take another holiday with Barnes but I think we would book a different craft, we prefer to have gas on board.
